Welcome

Quartz Mountain Christian Camp, supported by the Churches of Christ in southwest Oklahoma and north Texas, provides Christian summer camping for young men and ladies. It is located adjacent to Lake Altus/Lugert in southwest Oklahoma. It is 25 miles north of Altus, Oklahoma, on US highway 283 and state highway 44 north and 7 miles south of Lone Wolf, Oklahoma.

Summer Camp 2008

The board of directors has determined camper fees for a week of camp in 2008 is $135.00 if the application is received by May 15, 2008. Those applications that are mailed postmarked after May 15th will be subject to a $20 late registration cost. The total to include after May 15th is $155.00.

Please complete one form per person and include a minimum of $50 nonrefundable deposit for each week that you will attend. The late fee does not apply for a second week of camp, but no guarantee for room availability is promised.

Retreats

QMCC is among the best retreat and camping facilities in Oklahoma and Texas. A combination of modern luxuries in a country setting awaits those who visit QMCC.

  • Four Climate Controlled dormitories: Each dormitory has two sleeping areas and bathrooms connected with the common area. Each dormitory can sleep 52 persons.

  • Rhoad's Hall: A multi-use building used for dining and activities. The hall includes private sleeping quarters for staff and/or families.
  • Fisher Hall: A covered, outdoor pavilion used for worship activities, talent shows, etc.
