Quartz Mountain Christian Camp began in 1959 as a “Dream” to reach children and families with the Word of God in order to point souls to a life with Jesus.
The idea and the beginning of the camp happened before there was the physical site that we have today and camp was held around the lake at Quartz Mountain. Today with great facilities we have a desire to help Christian men and women in their work to bring more children and families to a beginning or a better relationship with Jesus.
If the total number of individuals who have been a part of QMCC could be counted and the influence on those who have attended camp could be gathered up the total number of influences would number hundreds of thousands if not millions.
In the 21st Century we “Dream” about reaching just as many children as we are able, along with family groups, and other camps and retreats. We continue to grow and renew facilities to reach young people or all ages and family groups. One of the biggest areas and possibilities for remaining a spiritual nation is reaching dads, moms and children in complete family units.
